Fake News Control आज social media का सबसे बड़ा सवाल बन गया है। Viral posts, edited videos, fake screenshots और AI deepfakes आम लोगों को तेजी से confuse कर रहे हैं।
Government और parliamentary reports में misinformation को public order, democracy और digital trust के लिए गंभीर चुनौती माना गया है।
मामला क्या है?
PRS India के अनुसार parliamentary committee ने fake news से जुड़ी complaints के लिए unified digital portal और clear definition जैसे सुझाव दिए हैं। PIB Fact Check Unit भी government-related misinformation को verify करता है।

Fake news खतरनाक क्यों है?
Fake news सिर्फ गलत information नहीं होती। कई बार यह panic, communal tension, financial fraud और public confusion तक पहुंच जाती है। Election, exam, health और law-order जैसे topics पर गलत पोस्ट तेजी से फैलती है।
PIB के मुताबिक fake news और AI-generated deepfakes democratic process और public order को प्रभावित कर सकते हैं। इसलिए platforms, media houses और users — तीनों की responsibility बढ़ जाती है।
आम लोग क्या करें?
किसी भी viral post को तुरंत forward न करें। पहले source देखें, date check करें, image reverse search करें और official handle या trusted news source से verify करें।
अगर कोई post government scheme, recruitment, exam, subsidy या emergency alert से जुड़ी हो, तो उसे official website से cross-check करना जरूरी है।

Fake News Control का सबसे आसान rule है — “पहले verify, फिर share.” अगर users जल्दबाजी में content forward करना बंद करें, तो misinformation की speed काफी कम हो सकती है।
सत्ता नहीं, जनता बोलेगी।
