Cancer Care Radiotherapy Tech को लेकर एक अहम update सामने आया है। Delhi स्थित Army Hospital Research & Referral में modern radiotherapy technology commission की गई है।
PIB के अनुसार, hospital के Radiation Oncology Department में Ring Gantry-based Linear Accelerator शुरू किया गया है, जिसे advanced cancer care के लिए महत्वपूर्ण माना जा रहा है।
नई technology क्यों अहम है?
Radiotherapy cancer treatment का एक अहम हिस्सा है। नई machine से treatment delivery में ज्यादा precision, बेहतर targeting और patient safety पर focus बढ़ सकता है।
इस तरह की technology खासकर उन cases में मददगार मानी जाती है, जहां tumor के आसपास sensitive organs होते हैं और treatment को ज्यादा accurate रखना जरूरी होता है।

मरीजों को क्या फायदा?
Advanced radiotherapy system से doctors को cancer cells को ज्यादा focused तरीके से target करने में मदद मिलती है। इससे healthy tissues पर unnecessary radiation exposure कम रखने की कोशिश की जाती है।

Army Hospital Research & Referral देश के प्रमुख medical institutions में गिना जाता है। यहां नई oncology technology का जुड़ना defence personnel, उनके परिवारों और eligible patients के लिए cancer care infrastructure को मजबूत कर सकता है।
Health sector में ऐसी updates इसलिए भी अहम हैं क्योंकि cancer treatment में समय, accuracy और technology तीनों की बड़ी भूमिका होती है।
