CJP Plea Row अब Supreme Court तक पहुंच गया है। media reports के मुताबिक, Cockroach Janta Party नाम से viral हुए online trend और उससे जुड़े alleged activities को लेकर Supreme Court में plea दाखिल की गई है। इस plea में CBI probe की मांग की गई है।
मामला इसलिए चर्चा में है क्योंकि यह सिर्फ एक viral social media trend नहीं रहा। इसमें courtroom remarks, fake advocates, alleged commercial use और online campaign जैसे कई सवाल जुड़ गए हैं।
मामला क्या है?
LiveLaw और Bar & Bench की reports के अनुसार, lawyer Raja Choudhary ने Supreme Court में petition दाखिल की है। इसमें alleged fake advocates, fraudulent law degrees और Cockroach Janta Party से जुड़ी online activities की जांच की मांग की गई है।

Reports के मुताबिक, plea में यह आरोप लगाया गया है कि Supreme Court proceedings के oral observations को context से अलग करके social media पर viral content, memes और commercial material की तरह circulate किया गया। हालांकि ये allegations हैं, और इस पर final judicial finding अभी सामने नहीं आई है।
Court में क्या हुआ?
Deccan Herald और PTI-based reports के अनुसार, Supreme Court ने इस matter पर urgent hearing देने से इनकार किया। Chief Justice की ओर से petitioner को issue को बहुत sentimentally न लेने की बात कही गई। इससे यह मामला और ज्यादा public discussion में आ गया।
Times of India की report के मुताबिक, plea में CBI investigation के साथ fake advocates और legal profession में alleged fraudulent degrees की जांच की मांग भी शामिल है। इसलिए यह debate सिर्फ CJP trend तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि legal system की credibility से भी जुड़ रही है।
Social media angle क्यों बड़ा है?
Cockroach Janta Party trend पिछले कुछ दिनों में youth और Gen Z discussion का बड़ा हिस्सा बना। Reuters और AP की earlier reports में इसे youth frustration, unemployment और meme-driven politics से जोड़ा गया था। लेकिन latest plea ने इस trend को legal और institutional debate में बदल दिया है।
यहां बड़ा सवाल यह है कि satire, criticism और commercial exploitation की सीमा कहां तय होगी। Social media पर public discussion तेज है, लेकिन किसी भी allegation को confirmed fact मानना सही नहीं होगा जब तक court या official agency कोई final finding न दे।
